<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording medium having excellent durability, wear resistance, running property and electromagnetic conversion characteristic by providing a magnetic layer on the surface of a nonmagnetic base contg. titanium oxide, on which a resin is dottedly formed. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic layer is provided on the surface of a nonmagnetic base of a polyester film, etc. contg. titanium oxide (0.1-0.3mum average grain size) on which a resin such as a polyester resin, polyurethane resin or the like is dottedly formed. The adhesion of the magnetic layer is thus improved and the magnetic recording medium having excellent durability, wear resistance, running property and electromagnetic conversion characteristic is thus obtd.</p> |
