PURPOSE:To avoid excessive load by providing a detent lever to regulate the movement of a rotary shaft for switching the turning force of a sprocket. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 18 is adapted to switch the tractive force of an endless chain 3a to the turning force of a sprocket 15. The movement of the rotary shaft 18 is regulated by a detent lever. When a pallet 9 is moored by the lever, the rotary shaft 18 is reliably fixed to the pallet 9 not to be rotated, and the rotation of the sprocket 15 is not stopped, so that the tractive force of the endless chain 3a is not transmitted to the pallet 9. Therefore, the sprocket 15 and the endless chain 3a is completely kept from damages. |
