PURPOSE:To keep tightly a strip being always stretched and making a loop by installing a support-roller supporting an outer coil at the inner face of said coil. CONSTITUTION:An outer coil 4 is formed with a strip 1 being introduced into the inner part of a looper via a pinch roller inlet 2 and being held by an inside support roller 11. A strip winding over again on said outer coil is transported to an inner coil 7 at the point 5 via a guide-roller 12. The inner coil 7 being held at the inner face by another support-roller 6 as same as said outer coil 4 is transported on a fixed drum 9 equipped with a helical-turn device via point 8 after forming a coil of the same winding number is said outer coil 4. The strip moves along said helical-turn device on said drum 9 forming a helix and reaches the outlet of the looper, and finally moves to a pinch roller outlet 10. |
