PURPOSE:To perform position adjustment for the end of rolled paper in corrugated fibreboard corrugator steadily, surely, and readily at any time by appropriate position adjustment with a detector for the end of said rolled paper. CONSTITUTION:Setting the position of an end-detector 46 on an arbitrary position where the end of rolled paper 1 should be adjusted by parallel shift to the axis of said rolled paper, on the basis of an arbitrary cardinal point in perpendicular direction against the flow of drawing-out of rolled paper from a corrugator, raising said detector to the position where the end of said rolled paper can be detected without regard to the radius size of said rolled paper and the direction of its drawing-out, and forcing the circular face of said rolled paper to approach said detector, so the end of the rolled paper can be set between two photo-electric switches by full-automatic or semi-automatic operation in such a way that the presence of said rolled paper is detected with two reflection type photo-electric switches 47, 48 equipped to said detector and operation signal for said switches is transmitted to an external device which can move the rolled paper along the direction of axis. |
