PURPOSE:The titled apparatus of which the purifying capacity is kept for a long period of time by always renewing a filtering surface, in filter dust collection, constituted of such a mechanism that a porous solidified small particle filter material is allowed to fill the space between a pair of porous plates and continuously flow into said space and flow out therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Porous solidified small particle filter lumps 14 are allowed to fill the space between a pair of porous plates 11, 12 within a gas flowline 13 and gather floating dust charged by an electrode 19 is subjected to discharge adsorption with the filter lumps 14. The filter lumps 14 are slowly moved by a supply and discharge rotary feeders 17, 18 and alway renewed. The contaminated filter lumps 14 are purified and regenerated by a separate apparatus to be reused. Therefore, the dust collecting apparatus can be stably operated over a long period of time.
