PURPOSE:To prevent a tablet from deforming, to improve workability and to simplify preheating of and automatic injection of the tablet into the mold by preheating the tablet in the state it is inserted into an inserting container. CONSTITUTION:The tablet 1, in the state it is contained in the inserting container 14, is placed with the inserting container 14, between an upper and a lower electrodes 3, 2 and heated in a high frequency and high voltage field. Then, it is put in the inserting container 14 and carried above a mold chamber to open a shutter 15 and to insert the tablet 1 in the container into the chamber. Thus, the tablet 1 is prevented from thermal deformation and a successful work can be achieved. Or, as the tablet 1 is put in the inserting container 16, it is mounted on a rotary lower electrode 12 and heated. A material lower in dielectric constant such as teflon, insulation porcelain, etc. can be used for the material of the inserting container and the difference between the diameter of the tablet 1 and the inner diameter of the inserting container is sufficient enough if it is 1-2mm.. |
