PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin compsn. which gives a film having high impact strength and having excellent transparency, tensile modulus, etc. by blending a propylene polymer with a low-density linear polyethylene having a melt index and a density within specified ranges. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene and a 4-10C alpha-olefin such as butene-1 or 4-methylpentene-1 are copolymerized to prepare a low-density linear polyethylene having a melt index of 0.1-5g/10min and a density of 0.91-0.93g/cm<3>. 45-95wt% said low-density linear polyethylene and 55-10wt% propylene homopolymer having a melt index of 5-10g/10min or copolymer of propylene with other alpha-olefin such as ethylene or butene-1 are kneaded in an extruder or a Banbury mixer to obtain the deired polyolefin resin compsn.
