<p>The agitator mechanism includes a base plate 36 on which are mounted a pair of guide members 38,40 defining a converging passage 46 therebetween. One of the guide members 38 may be fixed (as shown) or pivotable while the other 40 is pivotally mounted for oscillation by actuator means 70 so that balls 24 engaged by the oscillating guide member are agitated to prevent jamming as they pass through the converging passage to a ball feeder guide track 52.
