摘要 PURPOSE:The titled electroconductive polymer which is dense, has sufficient mechanical strength and is used in the field of electronic devices, containing a specified halide and comprising directly bonded five-membered heterocyclic rings each of which contains an oxygen family or a nitrogen family element. CONSTITUTION:The titled polymer contains an atomic group selected from the group consisting of PX6, AsX6, and SbX6, wherein X is a halogen; having the main skeleton consisting of directly bonded five-membered heterocyclic rings each having an oxygen family or a nitrogen family element, wherein at most two groups selected from among halogens, OH, NH2, 8C or lower hydrocarbyl groups, and H are directly bonded to each of the five-membered heterocyclic rings. Examples of the five-membered heterocyclic rings constituting this polymer include furan, thiophene, selenophene, tellurophene, and pyrrole rings. When X is fluorine, the polymer can be endowed with particularly excellent properties. Especially, the polymer in a film form is dense, has sufficient mechanical strength and a high electric conductivity.
