PURPOSE:To prevent a crosslinked synthetic resin foam from generating static electricity, to thereby prevent dust from cohering to the surface of a molded ceramic powder sheet when it is used as a starting material for the sheet, by incorporating an electroconductive substance in the crosslinked synthetic resin foam. CONSTITUTION:An electroconductive substance, e.g., copper powder 2 of an average particle diameter of 2.8mum is incorporated in a crosslinked synthetic resin foam 1. The antistatic material thus produced is most suited as a material which is excellent in respect of quality for storing, especially, molded ceramic powder sheets, and finds utility in the field of the production of fine ceramics for electronic parts, mechanical parts, etc.
