The machine comprises a device, to measure and check that the surface of the brushes is complete, further down the assembly line to the treatment devices. The machine has exploration rods that are mounted, or can be positioned, to be in the same axis as the bristles. - The rods can move in the axial direction of the bristles against the action of a spring or weight acting in the direction of the bristles. The rods are joined to electrical contacts and/or luminous barriers that detect any movement.
