The distorting pipe connection is particularly for a consumer unit to a water-supply pipe. It comprises a tubular metal bellows (4) with a number of U-section annular shoulders (5) and containing an insert extending for part at least of its lenqth. The insert can be fixed to the bellows at one end at least, and can incorporate a coil spring (19) coaxial to the bellows and fixed to it at the ends. The OD can be approx. equal to the ID of the bellows, it being secured by holders at its ends to the latter.
