The present invention relates to a low temperature vacuum cooker comprising: a heating unit having a heater submerged in a fluid contained in an accommodation tub so as to heat the fluid, a stirring member stirring the fluid in the accommodation tub, and a heating housing equipped with the heater and the stirring member and wherein entrance holes through which the fluid goes in and out are formed; a main body unit having a main body housing connected and fixed to the heating housing, a vacuum pump mounted on the main body housing, a pressure sensor electrically connected to the vacuum pump; and a control unit controlling the heater and the stirring member except the vacuum pump; and a vacuum packaging unit connected to the main body unit through a cable unit and wherein a chamber unit sucking air and a sealing unit heating wrapping are formed. The cable unit comprises: an air line connecting the vacuum pump of the main body unit and the chamber unit of the vacuum packaging unit as an air channel; and an electricity line electrically connecting the control unit of the main body unit and the sealing unit of the vacuum packaging unit for power supply and control. |
