The present invention relates to a dual-band circular polarized dipole antenna, and more specifically, to a dual-band circular polarized dipole antenna applicable to a satellite communication system. The antenna comprises: a dielectric substrate; a first dipole unit including two first patches symmetrically disposed on upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric substrate; and a second dipole unit including two second patches symmetrically disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric substrate and formed to cross the first dipole unit, wherein the first and second patches include a first right triangular patch having a cut upper edge and in a spidron fractal shape and a meander line connected to the patch.
