<p>PURPOSE:To thoroughly absorb evaporated gas and liquefy it by pressurizing the evaporated gas in a low-temperature storage tank with a compressor then pre-cooling it with the feed liquid pressurized by a feeding booster pump before feeding it to a feeding tank. CONSTITUTION:Evaporated gas is compressed by a BOG compressor 12 and fed to a heat exchanger 17 at a temperature almost near the normal tempera ture. Then, it is heat exchanged with the low-temperature feed liquid pressurized by a booster pump 15 and is cooled to about -120 deg.C in case of liquefied natural gas. After being cooled, it is fed to a feeding tank 14 and is absorbed by the low-temperature liquid in the feeding tank 14 and is liquefied. Accordingly, even if the fuel consumption quantity is decreased and the flow of the low- temperature liquid fed to the feeding tank 14 from a storage tank 11 is de creased, the evaporated gas is thoroughly absorbed and liquefied because it has been pre-cooled by the heat exchanger 17.</p> |
