Device which acknowledges any shot on target during small arms shooting. The subject of the invention is a device in which, during daytime shooting, if the target is hit, the target disappears by pivoting through a quarter of a turn for a preset duration (4 or 7 seconds). During night-time shooting, if the target is hit, the latter pivots through a half-turn and presents its back (white) for the same preset duration. This device also allows shooting at target appearances of 4 or 7 seconds.
