Two points for claims. 1st point: this bookholder entitled "bedside bookrest" can be inclined to permit visual accommodation for a reader lying on his side. This will make the lines of the text and the line of the eyes parallel, the inclination being variable as far as the vertical according to the position of the reader. 2nd point: for reading in bed, the tiltable bookholder is attached to a piece of furniture by the bedside, on an arm consisting of a circular rod extended by a plate. This will be inserted into the opening left by the half-open drawer in the position corresponding to the reading distance. In addition, the bookholder can be attached to the arm of an armchair or stand on a table by means of a prop. The bookholder is very easy to adjust for a reader lying on his side and of course stays the same for a particular position. Three special grips are sufficient to hold the text on the bookholder.
