PURPOSE:To obtain a hologram element for light beam conversion by using a computer without using any optical system. CONSTITUTION:When a laser beam emitted by a semiconductor laser LD is represented as phi1 and a reference wave (R1, R2) such as a circular isotropic parallel beam and a spherical wave into which said beam is converted is denoted as phi2, the composite wave phi3 is calculated by the computer on the composite pattern calculation surface (P) of the both from phi3=phi1+phi2. The absolute value of the composite wave phi3 is calculated and a figure is drawn by numbers of dots while the area of each dot is set proportional to the absolute value, and the figure is reduced in size photographically, obtaining a calculation hologram lens. |
