PURPOSE:To provide a massaging effect when using a shower, by varying the temperature of hot water tapped from a hot water supplying device and the quantity of water with time. CONSTITUTION:A heater 21 for a heat exchanger 12 is controlled by a heating controller 20, and a water quantity set point of a water quantity controller 1 for controlling the flow rate of a material to be heated can be varied by a driving device 17. A hot water supply controller 29 inputted with a signal from a tapped hot water temperature detector 30 provided at a hot water tapping pipe 13 is provided with signal-generating parts 33, 34 from which signals varied with time are sent to the heating controller 20 and the driving device 17. Accordingly, a massaging effect by stimuli relating to temperature and stimuli relating the quantity of water can be obtained when using a shower.
