PURPOSE:To permit a seat to serve in combination as a seat for a child, by allowing the sides of the seat-back and the surrounding part of the seat cushion to be rotated. CONSTITUTION:The sides 17 of the seat back 16 of a seat 10 are allowed to be rotated about pins 18 forward downward. The surrounding part 19 of the seat cushion 12 comprises a front edge section 19A and side edge sections 19B that are formed into a C-shape and is allowed to be rotated about pins 20 upward inward. When the seat is to be used as a seat for a child, the sides 17 of the seat-back 16 and the surrounding part 19 of the seat cushion 12 are rotated, and a hook 22 attached to the side 17 is engaged with an engaging pin of the surrounding pin 19.
