PURPOSE:To make the operation of a titled device cyclical and to provide an improvement in working efficiency and a reduction in cost by using carriages and fixing bases provided respectively with angle adjustable retaining jigs, bracket conveying arms having attracting materials and welding machines. CONSTITUTION:Angle materials 1 are housed in a pallet 2 and are carried into a prescribed position where the angle materials are taken out by each piece and are transferred by a conveyor 17. The material 1 is then pressed to stoppers 12 by means of roll-over machines 13 and stoppers 10. Brackets 20 are taken from pallets 19 by the conveying arms 4 and attracting machines 4a of carriages 3 and fixing bases 7 and are disposed to the prescribed positions on the material 1. The brackets are fixed by means of a magnet 18. On the other hand, the material 1 set at the ends by retaining jigs 3d and receiving jigs 7c according to the movement of the carriages 3 is fixed onto a surface plate 8 by an electromagnet 9. The brackets 20 are automatically welded onto the material 1 by means of front and rear welding machines 5, 6 and thereafter the material is conveyed by a belt conveyor 14 and is rolled over by roll-over machines 16. After the material is subjected to an insepection on the rear side, the material is received by the conveyor 17 and is housed into a pallet 15. |
