In the case of an antifreeze pump for pneumatic brake systems, especially for motor vehicles, a piston (13) which can be displaced by the pressure of compressed air, is carried in a housing (3), which piston, according to its stroke, pumps antifreeze from a tank (1) into a compressed air feed line. The stroke of the piston, which determines the amount of antifreeze in such a way that a long stroke delivers a larger amount of antifreeze, can be determined by a stop (31). The stop acts by means of stop surfaces (33, 35, 37) having a variable position in relation to the facing end part (37) of the piston (13); the stop can be moved into different positions by means of a hand wheel (5) in such a way that the stop surfaces reach the stop position at different intervals from the end part (39) of the piston. The stop (31) can be shifted into one of its stop positions by means of actuating elements in the form of leaf springs (41, 43, 45) mounted in the hand wheel according to the rotary position of the hand wheel, and is accordingly preselectable.
