Process and apparatus for the introduction of coal dust into a combustion chamber

For the introduction of coal dust by means of a carrier gas into a combustion chamber kept at elevated pressure, the coal dust/carrier gas mixture is separated in a separator after leaving a mill. The separated carrier gas is brought to an elevated pressure. The separated coal dust is blown with this carrier gas through a feed line into the combustion chamber kept at elevated pressure.
