摘要 The objective of the present invention is to provide a battery inspection apparatus capable of inspecting positional displacement of an electrode plate even in case of a high capacity stack type battery. To achieve the objective, the present invention provides the battery inspection apparatus comprising: an X-ray tube (radiation source) (2); a position determining unit to determine a position of a battery (1) in order for the electrode plate to follow an optical axis of an X-ray beam (radiation beam) (3) radiated from the X-ray tube (2); a movement unit to move the battery (1) in a stacking direction of the electrode plate; an X-ray detector (5) which detects the X-ray beam (3) transmitting the battery (1) and outputs the detected X-ray beam as a transmission image; a photographing control part (6d) which acquires multiple transmission images detecting the X-ray beam (3) transmitting in a direction of following each electrode plate at multiple movement positions while moving the battery (1) to the stacking direction by controlling the movement unit and the X-ray detector (4), as to the battery (1) positioned by the position determining unit; and an image synthesis part (6e) to obtain an synthesis image by synthesizing by shifting and adding extracted transmission images obtained by extracting an equal fixed area respectively as to the acquired multiple transmission images in the shifting amount in accordance with movement position each other.
