Provided in the present invention is an adhesive for a hydrophobic or water-repellent substrate in a composition form, comprising a modified epoxy resin, a urethane resin, and a diluted solvent. According to the present invention, in the case of the use of the adhesive, the adhesive can attach a same type or a different type of the material on a substrate having a hydrophobic surface or a water-repellent surface, or can print a pattern. Particularly, according to the present invention, the adhesive is useful for proving novel functionality or three dimensional effects through various printing methods or coating methods such as screen printing, gravure coating, and spray coating, on a fabric having a hydrophobic surface or a water-repellent surface, such a fabric with a Gore-Tex material. In addition, according to the present invention, the adhesive has excellent application properties, and has a short period of time consumed for drying the same after the application, thereby improving the workability or increasing an operation speed. In addition, according to the present invention, in the case of the use of the adhesive, the adhesive does not deed to modify the hydrophobic surface or the water-repellent surface of the substrate such as a fabric, plastic, and the like, and can maintain the original properties of an original material. |
