The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing an artificial soil material by using wastes. The apparatus for producing an artificial soil material by using wastes includes: a first hopper storing sewage sludge; a first conveyor connected to the first hopper; a dust dropping unit dropping iron making sludge dust to a rear end of the first conveyor; a reactor connected to a rear end portion of the first conveyor, having an elongated cylindrical shape, and driven to rotate such that the sewage sludge and the iron making sludge dust are agitated; an acidic solution injector injecting an acidic solution to an inlet of the reactor; and a second conveyor connected to a rear end of the reactor. According to the present invention, wastes subject to burial or sea dumping such as paper mill and sewage sludge, incineration material dust, organic and inorganic slime, and red mud sludge can be utilized as an artificial soil material, and thus sewage sludge solidification treatment costs can be reduced; secondary environmental pollution attributable to sea dumping can be prevented; and soil damage attributable to burial can be prevented. |
