PURPOSE:To prevent generation of vibration during cutting operation by eliminating the idle play between an arm and the driving part for the arm during cutting operation and eliminating the variation of the cutting-in amount by maintaining the feed speed of a blade at a constant value. CONSTITUTION:The deflection of position of a slide block 18 from the position of a receiving plate 20 due to the turning of an arm 12 is absorbed by the rolling of a roller 21. The upward shift of the arm 12 during cutting is restricted by the slide block 18, and since the force larger than the cutting load play is always operated upwardly by a hydraulic cylinder 14, the idle between the arm 12 and the driving part is perfectly eliminated, and the generation of vibration is prevented. |
