PURPOSE:To perform full automatic operation of winding inserting a wire always from a definite direction by turning a toroidal core a half-round to the same direction of wire turn when the wire is inserted into the other hole or slit after the wire is inserted into one hole or slit. CONSTITUTION:A wire 2 is wound through two holes or slits of a torodial core 1 which has several central holes, hole shapes or slits. The wire 2 drawn out of the core 1 is wound, a tension is applied and the wire 2 is again inserted into the other hole or slit of the core 1. These operations are repeated and the wire is wound. When the core 1 is wound, air is supplied to the ceiling of a turning drive body 31 and a cylindrical driving gear of piston construction is moved to the rectnagular direction of the rotation axis 30, and a rotation gear wheel 34 which engages with a gear 35 is turned a half-round only when the gear 35 advances by the operation of one direction rotation wheel 33 and is not turned when the gear 35 retreats. The wire 2 is always inserted from a definite direction and the winding is automated. |
