PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth member for a vehicle which enables size reduction to reduce limitation on a location where the earth member is arranged and also enables reduction of a risk that all electric components become inoperative even if a part of the earth member is broken, and to provide an arrangement structure of the earth member for the vehicle.SOLUTION: An earth member 4 for a vehicle is used to electrically connect a plurality of electric components 2 and a battery 3, which are mounted on the vehicle, with each other. Loop circuits are formed in the earth member 4 for the vehicle. The earth member 4 for the vehicle has: a pair of first members 41 which are arranged on a floor of a vehicle body 1 and placed at both end parts of the vehicle when viewed in a width direction so as to be arranged along a travel direction of the vehicle; and a plurality of second members 42 arranged along the width direction of the vehicle and connected between the pair of first members 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
