The machine consists of a conveying chamber which is arranged at the lower end of a dough hopper, receives an axially reciprocating conveying piston and has an aperture on its end face and a slide which reciprocates transversely in relation to the said aperture, has at least one measuring chamber with measuring pistons which are axially displaceable inside it and which in its lower end position closes off the end face aperture of the conveying chamber, while in its upper end position, the measuring chamber and the conveying chamber are connected to one another. For deaeration, a gap is provided on the upper side of the conveying chamber between its end face aperture and the slide, the said gap connecting the inner cavity of the conveying chamber to the atmosphere, at least in the upper position of the slide. <IMAGE>
