PURPOSE:To attain quickly a test of special maintenance by connecting a transmission measuring device for special maintenance and a circuit to be tested when information representing the special maintenance test of a subscriber line is inputted from a test board. CONSTITUTION:When the maintenance personnel inputs a number of a subscriber line 10 to be tested and type information representing the special maintenance to an input means of the test board 8, a type information test circuit 7b of a test board controller 7 receives the type information and this type information is transmitted to a central processing unit 6 by the control of a control section 7c. The central processing unit 6 controls to draw a subscriber circuit 2 of the subscriber line 10 to a test link 3 and connects the 2nd transmission measuring device 9 at a cross point 7b. Then, the maintenance personnel uses the 2nd transmission measuring device 9 to execute the test of special maintenance of the subscriber line 10 on manual basis. |
