PURPOSE:To obtain economical and simplified IC frame housing magazine which is just suited for automation by previously forming a lead frame drop preventing stopper at the bottom part of a hollow columnar container providing a slit at the side surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A hollow columnar container 21 is formed using aluminum, a slit which opens upward and downward is provided at the one side surface, and a guide rib 24 for stacking the magazine is formed at the other side surface facing to said side surface. At the opening bottom of container 21, an elastic stoppers 231, 232 consisting of rubber of tubular plate is removably inserted, and a lead frame 25 having the resin 26 sealing semiconductor elements is dropped thereon and stacked. In such a constitution, a frame holding arm 33 which moves upward and downward by a motor 31 and feed screw 32 is inserted into the slit 22 and the frames 35 are stacked thereon in many stages through the frame receiving plate 34. |
