PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless connector having a new structure capable of fully securing the sealability of a slit in a state where a male luer is not inserted, and also easily inserting the male luer into an elastic valve element.SOLUTION: In a needleless connector 10, an elastic valve element 14 is incorporated in a housing 12 connected to a medical solution passage, and a male luer 64 communicates with the medical solution passage by inserting the male luer 64 into a slit 52 penetrated and formed in an axial direction of the elastic valve element 14. While on an outer periphery of the elastic valve element 14, deformation permission spaces 60 and 60 to permit deformation of the elastic valve element 14 outward is provided on both sides orthogonal to at least the slit 52, a fitting part 56 where an outer peripheral face of the elastic valve element 14 is overlapped in contact with the inner peripheral face of the housing 12 is provided on both sides orthogonal to at least the slit 52 at an end part on an axially opposite side to a side into which the male luer 64 is inserted in the elastic valve element 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
