PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance of a winding for an electric machine by winding a specific film on a conductor, immersing it with resin, thereby utilizing the heat resistance of the material. CONSTITUTION:A polyimide film formed in a film shape from a polyimide obtained by the condensation polymerization of biphenyltetracarboxylic dihydride and dianodiphenyl ether is wound on a conductor. Then, epoxy isocyanate resin is immersed and thermally cured. The polyimide film may not be sole film but may be used with a composite material with mica, glass or various nonwoven fabric. |
