PURPOSE:To reduce the loss, to enhance the efficiency to simplify a rotary electric machine inexpensively by using the body of a synchronizer structure as an exciter, and operating an armature winding also as a exciting winding. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate points of a double connection armature winding 1 are used as input terminals aq, aq', bq, bq', cq, cq', an input terminal and an output terminal are electrically connected therebetween to enable to supply an exciting power to the winding 1 from the DC side output terminals aq, aq', bq, bq', cq, cq' of a power reactor, the outer terminals ap, bp, cp of the winding 1 are connected to the input terminals of a power reactor, and the other input terminal is connected through a reactor 19 to a neutral point O. |
