PURPOSE:To enable to readily wind a conductor on a bobbin having a different winding surface by covering the end of a pin formed on the end face of the bobbin with a guide member, separating the member from the pin after finishing the winding of the conductor on a winding rib, and winding the conductor on the pin. CONSTITUTION:A pin 14 is formed vertically on the upper and lower end faces of a bobbin 10. At least the ends of the pin 14 are respectively covered with the first and second formers 24, 28, and a conductor is wound by a flier 32 to a rib 12. After the winding on the rib 12 is finished, the former 28 is moved in a direction for separating from the bobbin 10, and the pin 14 is removed from the groove 40 of the former 28. Then, the flier 32 is rotated to wind the conductor. The conductor is passed between the end of the former 28 and the pin 14, and wound on the end of the former 24. When the conductor is wound on the pin 14 in several turns, the former 28 is again moved toward the bobbin 10, and the winding step is repeated. |
