PURPOSE:To attach a powder spray material to objects to be sprayed efficiently by arranging an inner cylinder having a meshed inner surrounding wall adapted to allow the passage of media while none of the objects to be sprayed and an outer surrounding wall adapted to allow the passage of none of the media and an outer cylinder mounted on the external circumference of the inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:For example, rubber seal rings 20 molded are fed into an inner cylinder 1 as object to be sprayed from a feed part 1a with a lid body 3 closed. The inner and outer cylinders 7 are rotated to start a powder sparying work. The media 21 acts as helping strike powder on the surface of the seal rings 20 to attach the powder evenly thereon. Then, the rotation of the outer cylinder 7 is stopped and only the inner cylinder is kept rotating to remove powder. At this point, the powder in the inner cylinder 1 falls passing through a meshed inner surrounding wall 16 and a meshed outer surrounding wall 1c to be separated. Finally, the seal rings 20 thus sprayed are discharged onto a chute 15 with the inner cylinder rotating slowly. |
