Up-and-over door, the door leaf of which, in its region the lower in the closed state, is guided via guide rollers so as to bear constantly against vertically extending guide faces of the door frame and is held by means of two lever arms, with tension springs extending parallel to these, which tension springs, each running laterally of the door leaf, are articulated in the middle region of the height of the latter, as regards its vertical extent, via a bearing block, on the one hand, and in the vicinity of the upper end region of the guide faces, on the other hand, the door leaf being capable of being guided so as to run positively in parallel during its movement by means of a compensating-rope device guided in the region of the frame via deflecting rollers and engaging on the door leaf in the region of the guide rollers, which door is so designed for long-term reliable operation, along with simple production, and for space-saving transport and a pleasant appearance that the door-leaf end of each of the two tension springs is held on one end of the lever arm, the other end of which is articulated in the free end region of the bearing-block arm which is so fastened with its other arm end to the bearing block that its free end is arranged so as to project obliquely from the inside of the door leaf towards the lower door-leaf edge region carrying the guide rollers, the lever arms being .... upwards against pivoting, by means of the tension springs engaging on them, from the closing position to an initial opening position of the door leaf ...
