PURPOSE:To permit to regulate the flow amount of liquid including fibrous substances surely by a method wherein the middle part of inner surface of a sleeve or the middle part of outer surface of a piston is recessed to form a recess part. CONSTITUTION:The sleeve 12, having an outer diameter slightly shorter than the inner diameter of a housing 1, is inserted into the stepped part 1A of the inside of the housing 1. The sleeve 12 has a cylindrical shape substantially and the middle part between both left and right ends is formed with the recess 13, recessed outwardly so as to expand the diameter thereof. Accordingly, even if the fibrous substance in the liquid enters inbetween the piston 16 and the sleeve 12, the fibrous substance in the liquid is guided to the recess 13 of the sleeve 12 by the displacement of the piston 16, therefore, the displacement of the piston 16 will never be interfered. Even when the block of the fibrous substance enters into the inside of the recess 13, the liquid may be flowed through a passing hole 17 and the fluid passing hole 18 of the sleeve 12. |
