PURPOSE:To permit to supply oil auxiliarily and temporarily upon interruption of supplying oil by a method wherein a part of lubricating oil is reserved in an oil pot, provided at the upper part of inner chamber of a bearing box and communicating with a journal bearing part. CONSTITUTION:An oil feeding path 5, sending the lubricating oil 4 by pressure into the journal bearing part 3 through the bearing box 1 and a bearing bush 2, is provided and the oil path 8, communicated with the bearing part 3, is provided through the bush 2 so as not to communicate directly with the oil path 5. A part of the lubricating oil, supplied to the bearing part from the oil feeding path, is sent forcibly into the oil pot through the oil path while the lubricating oil, overflowed from the oil pot, and the lubricating oil, discharged from both sides of the bearing part, are retrieved into an oil tank 9. Even if the oil feeding from the oil feeding path is interrupted, the lubrication may be continued temporarily by the reverse flow of the lubricating oil reserved in the oil port toward the bearing part through the oil path. |
