PURPOSE:To measure peripheral direction of the inside of a pipe precisely by fitting roller bodies with inclination to the advancing direction of a traveling body and applying turning force to the body in one direction. CONSTITUTION:Respective roller bodies 3 have scew angles each other and are supported with a proper angle to the advancing direction of the traveling body. When the respective roller bodies 3 abutted to the inside P of the pipe are spirally rotated inside the pipe at the advancement of the traveling body, the body 1 united with these roller bodies 3 is rotated in one direction through a bearing 4. Thus, the peripheral direction can be measured precisely by measuring devices less than the ordinary number of units by about 1/2-1/3. |
