PURPOSE:To execute plural kinds of read without replacing a light source such as a fluorescent lamp, etc. by stopping one of plural light sources having each different spectral energy distribution attached to a shaft provided so as to be freely rotatable, at one prescribed original irradiating position, and irradiating an original by its light source. CONSTITUTION:When a start button is pushed in a state that the first fluorescent lamp 48 stops at a prescribed original irraditing position opposed to a guide plate 52, only the fist fluorescent lamp 48 is turned on since a limit switch 51 is in an on-state, and an original goes into the guide plate 52. When it reaches a prescribed read line 53, read of a picture information of the original is started. On the other hand, when it is desired to read only other remaining picture information without reading a part mentioned in red color of the original, a motor starts its forward rotation driving by pushing a switching button, and a shaft 32 starts to rotate counterclockwise together with the fluorescent lamps 48, 49, etc. The shaft 32 rotates by 90 degrees in the same direction, and the second fluorescent lamp 49 stops at a prescribed original irradiating position opposed to the guide plate 52. |
