PURPOSE:To contrive to obtain the strong touching sensitivity at the clutch jointing by a method wherein a coned disc spring is applied to join elastically a clutch plate with a friction plate, and the spring is given an inflection point and capable of generating a strong elastic force with decreasing of deflection quantity. CONSTITUTION:An operating shaft 22 is provided in freely movable manner in axial direction on the same axis of a transmission shaft 18. A coned disc spring 25 is provided between a bearing 23 located at the end of the operating shaft 22 and a snap ring 24 located at the end of a outer driver 20. The characteristics of the coned disc spring 25 has an inflection point 34 and increases an elastic force F with decreasing of a deflection quantity delta, the coned disc spring 25 is structured to be deflected in the range of said characteristics with the pulling action of a Bowder cable 11 interlocked with the motion of a lever 10. The separation between the clutch plate 14 and the friction plate 15 can be performed by the movement of a pressure plate 31 released from the pushing force of the coned disc spring 25. |
