Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method and system, a base station, and user equipment, which are applied to the field of communications technologies. After receiving uplink transmission data sent by user equipment, a base station determines acknowledgment information for the uplink transmission data; and if the acknowledgment information for the uplink transmission data is positive acknowledgment information, when a downlink transmission time interval of the base station arrives, sends the positive acknowledgment information and uplink scheduling resource information to the user equipment, where the uplink scheduling resource information includes first instruction information, which is used to instruct the user equipment to send, on a reserved resource of an uplink scheduling resource, channel quality indicator measurement information. In this way, if the user equipment obtains, by incorrect demodulation, negative acknowledgment information instead of the positive acknowledgment information, interference caused to uplink transmission data sending of user equipment in another cell is reduced. |
