PURPOSE:To execute exactly installation of a recording body by low power consumption by providing an auxiliary coil to which a current is supplied for a constant interval of time in addition to an adsorption magnet and adsorbing and fixing a core to which a discoid recording medium is fixed, to a driving part. CONSTITUTION:A core 2 to which a flexible magnetic sheet disk 1 is fixed is fixed to an adsorbing plate 3 by an attracting force by an adsorbing permanent magnet 5 of a rotation driving part, and an attracting force by a magnetic field in the driving shaft direction by an auxiliary coil 9 to which a current is supplied only for a constant interval of time by a monostable multivibrator and a timer, etc. According to this constitution which uses jointly the auxiliary coil to which a current is supplied only for a constant interval of time, the installation of a recording body can be executed exactly by low power consumption.
