A method for adjusting a video reproduction speed comprises the following steps of: generating a scene including a plurality of shots from a video; analyzing and storing scene information of the scene; collecting a reproduction speed adjusting history of a user terminal; determining a reproduction speed adjusting tendency of the user terminal from the reproduction speed adjusting history; and adjusting a reproduction speed of the video of the user terminal based on the scene information and the reproduction speed adjusting tendency.
