The present invention relates to a cooling device for a solar cell module. The present invention provides a cooling device attached to the back of a solar cell module which includes solar cells and converts light energy of the sun into electric energy. The cooling device includes a body part made of thermal conductive metal, and a wing part which is extended by protruding from the body. A plate-shaped attaching surface attached to the back of the solar cell module is formed in the body part. A hollow part is formed in the body part and the wing part. The hollow part is sealed with water under atmospheric pressure or less. So, the temperature of the solar cell module can be reduced.
