PURPOSE:To completely prevent an engine from misfiring immediately after its sharp acceleration, by compensatorily increasing the quantity of fuel being injected synchronously with the rotation of the engine, depending on the angular position of the crankshaft of the engine at the beginning of the sharp acceleration. CONSTITUTION:The sharp acceleration of an engine is detected from the rate of change in the degree of opening of a throttle valve to compensatorily increase the synchronously injected quantity of fuel depending on the crank angle of the engine at the beginning of the sharp acceleration to completely prevent the engine from misfiring immediately after the sharp acceleration. |
