PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration water column type wave power generation device generating power with high efficiency, and a method for acquiring a control law for air chamber volume derivation used in the device.SOLUTION: A vibration water column type wave power generation device 100 vibrates a water column in an air chamber by vertical motion of incident waves to generate air flow, and performs power generation with a dynamo by utilizing the air flow. The vibration water column type wave power generation device includes: an auxiliary air chamber 20, a piston 22 and an actuator 24 for adjusting a vibration natural period of the water column; a wave period sensor 28 and a wave height sensor 30 for detecting a wave state; and a control unit 26 for controlling the actuator 24 according to the wave state detected by wave state detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
