PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-wastewater treatment apparatus and method for treatment water intended for a hexavalent chromium substitute, capable of solving conventional problems that there is a possibility that impurities (component in the other process) are mixed in each process water tank when an ion exchange column is saturated, and failures occur in a product when an amount of impurities become equal to or more than a regulation amount in a surface process tank.SOLUTION: A non-wastewater treatment apparatus for treatment water intended for a hexavalent chromium substitute is for performing water washing by dividing into a primary washing tank, and a secondary washing tank, considering a liquid quality of content of the treatment water (raw water) in low-concentration secondary washing, fragmenting an ion exchange water path of four systems, and individually performing optimum treatment for every system. Even in a saturated state of ion exchange resin of four systems, an impurity substance is not mixed into the other process. In high-concentration primary washing, continuous waste water treatment is performed, an SS substance (using an MF membrane) such as metal hydroxide, generated by adding an auxiliary and adjusting pH is separated into a high-concentration SS substance and treatment water, and the treatment water is used for the secondary washing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
